What's to love about Tri-Cities?

Google Translate
On this website, ethnic and multilingual resources in the Tri-Cities region of northeast Tennessee are highlighted for newcomers, locals, and visitors. You will find links to restaurants, churches, services, and social opportunities including community gatherings, festivals, and meetings. The Tri-Cities region of Tennessee is typically defined as including Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City, but the resources provided here include surrounding towns such as Greeneville, Gray, and Elizabethton.

What's to love about the Tri-Cities region? It is well known for its southern hospitality, recreational opportunities, low cost of living, ethnic & cultural diversity, world-class hospitals and medical care, and its university, to name just a few!

The Tri-Cities region offers easy access to larger metropolitan areas. From Johnson City, it is a short drive to Asheville, North Carolina, and Knoxville is about 1 1/2 hour drive. Gatlinburg, which is nestled alongside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and is also one of the top tourist attractions in the south, is about a two-hour drive. Across the mountains from Gatlinburg is Cherokee, North Carolina, an active Native American community rich with history.

The climate provides variety too, with hot summers and cold winters, gorgeous springs with so many flowering plants and trees, and splendid colors in the fall.
